Stainless steel 2-way solenoid valves provide electrically actuated on/off control for fluid pipelines, supporting automated flow management for commercial and industrial operations. LINKV manufactures two primary solenoid valve series to accommodate different media and operating conditions, with standardized dimensions and material configurations to align with global pipeline specifications. All production processes follow ISO 9001 quality management system requirements, with each unit undergoing pressure testing before shipment to verify sealing performance.
The 2S series adopts a normally closed, direct-acting structure, designed for water, air, and general oil media. All specifications are sourced directly from the official product catalog:

The standard operating temperature range is -5°C to 80°C with NBR diaphragms. FKM diaphragms are available as an optional configuration, extending the temperature range to -10°C to 120°C. Flanged connection models (suffix F) are also available for fixed pipeline integration requirements.
The 2L series adopts a pilot-operated structure, engineered for saturated steam, hot water, and high-temperature fluid control scenarios.

This series operates at temperatures from -5°C to 180°C, compatible with air, water, and saturated steam media.
Valve bodies are manufactured from CF8 (equivalent to AISI 304) or CF8M (equivalent to AISI 316) stainless steel, formed via investment casting — the same production process applied to the manufacturer’s full industrial valve portfolio. Internal plungers, springs, and fasteners use matching stainless steel grades to maintain dimensional stability and corrosion resistance under continuous cyclic operation and varying fluid conditions.
Standard seals use NBR (nitrile rubber) for general water, compressed air, and neutral oil applications within the standard temperature range. Optional FKM (fluororubber) seals are available for elevated operating temperatures or media with mild corrosive properties. All seal materials are performance-matched to the corresponding pressure and temperature ratings of each valve series.
These solenoid valves support automated on/off control for fluid lines, serving multiple commercial and industrial scenarios. Common uses include raw water and treated water pipeline control in water treatment facilities, heating and cooling loop regulation in building HVAC systems, compressed air circuit management in manufacturing workshops, general process water lines in food and chemical processing, and low-pressure saturated steam lines in light industrial production. The threaded connection design supports straightforward installation and retrofitting into existing pipeline setups with standard industry tooling, reducing on-site installation labor and downtime.
Threaded end models comply with ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), BS21, and DIN 2999 standards, matching most global industrial pipeline specifications. Flanged connections are available for select sizes upon request.
NBR seals are suitable for clean water, compressed air, and general oil media within the standard temperature range. FKM seals are recommended for elevated temperatures up to 120°C (2S series) or for media with mild corrosive properties. For saturated steam service, select the 2L series with high-temperature compatible seals.
Each valve undergoes pressure testing at 1.1 times the rated pressure before delivery, in alignment with the manufacturer’s ISO 9001 quality management system protocols.
Direct-acting models in the 2S series can open and close at 0 bar differential pressure, making them suitable for gravity-fed or low-pressure pipeline setups. Pilot-operated 2L series models require minimum inlet pressure to actuate.
