This flanged stainless steel ball valve provides on-off flow control for industrial applications requiring Class 600 pressure ratings per ASME B16.34. Manufactured by LINKV Valve, the valve features a full-port design that minimizes flow restriction and pressure drop across the pipeline. The two-piece bolted body construction uses CF8M stainless steel for wetted components, providing resistance to corrosive media commonly found in chemical processing, oil and gas production, and power generation facilities. The valve meets API 608 design standards and includes API 607 fire-safe construction as a standard feature.
The floating ball design uses a 316 stainless steel ball with precision-machined surface finish, paired with reinforced PTFE seats that provide bubble-tight shutoff per API 598 test standards. The blow-out proof stem design incorporates double stem packing for reduced emissions, meeting ISO 15848-1 requirements for fugitive emissions control. The lever operator includes a locking device for safety in locked-open or locked-closed positions. Gear operators are available for sizes above 4 inches to reduce operating torque.

This valve series is designed for use in the following industrial applications:
Oil and gas production and processing facilities handling crude oil, natural gas, and produced water
Chemical processing plants controlling flow of acids, solvents, and corrosive process fluids
Power generation facilities for boiler feed water, steam condensate, and cooling water systems
Pulp and paper mills handling chemical liquors and process water
Marine and offshore applications requiring corrosion resistance in saltwater environments
Cryogenic service with optional extended bonnet configuration for temperatures down to -50°F (-46°C)
The valve operates within a temperature range of -20°F to 450°F (-29°C to 232°C) with standard PTFE seats. Optional seat materials including PEEK, Devlon, and metal seats are available for higher temperature or abrasive media applications.
Every valve undergoes the following testing prior to shipment per API 598 standards:
Hydrostatic shell test at 1.5 × rated working pressure
Hydrostatic seat test at 1.1 × rated working pressure
Pneumatic seat test at 80 psi
Visual and dimensional inspection per documented quality control procedures
Available certifications upon request include:
API 607 Fire Safe Certification
NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service
EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports
ABS, DNV, or Lloyds Register type approval for marine applications
When submitting inquiries for commercial procurement, please specify the following information to ensure accurate quotation:
Valve size and pressure class
Body and trim material requirements
End connection type and flange facing
Seat and seal material preferences
Operator type (lever, gear, pneumatic, electric)
Any special NACE or cryogenic requirements
Required certifications or documentation
Custom configurations including special materials, extended stems, locking devices, and special testing are available to meet specific project requirements. Minimum order quantities apply for non-standard configurations.
Standard configurations in sizes 2 inch through 8 inch are available for shipment within 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. Non-standard materials or special certifications may extend lead times to 4-6 weeks.
Yes, all valves feature ISO 5211 mounting pads as standard, allowing direct mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators without additional brackets. Actuator mounting kits are available for most major actuator brands.
LINKV Valve provides a 12-month warranty from date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under proper installation and normal operating conditions. Warranty details are available in the product documentation.
Standard spare parts kits including seats, stem packing, and gaskets are available for all valve sizes. Parts kits can be ordered separately for scheduled maintenance programs.
