The 2PC stainless steel threaded ball valve is a modular flow control device manufactured in compliance with ANSI, DIN, JIS, BS and ISO standards. Its two-piece bolted body design supports disassembly and maintenance without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, reducing downtime for commercial procurement and industrial applications. Constructed with precision-cast stainless steel bodies and replaceable sealing components, the valve adapts to water, oil, gas and mild corrosive fluids in petroleum, chemical, water treatment and shipbuilding sectors.
The valve adopts a two-piece bolted structure, allowing access to internal components for inspection, seat replacement or cleaning after removing bonnet bolts. This design eliminates the need to cut the valve from the pipeline during routine maintenance, lowering maintenance costs and shortening equipment downtime. The body is formed by investment casting, with CNC machined sealing surfaces for dimensional consistency.
Standard PTFE or reinforced PTFE seats provide stable sealing for common industrial media. The stem features an integral blow-out proof design to prevent ejection under internal pressure. Live-loaded V-ring packing maintains consistent sealing force and reduces fugitive emission, conforming to TA-LUFT and ISO 15848-1 B1 requirements with methane leakage rate controlled within 50 ppmv for VOCs and hazardous fluid applications.
Each valve undergoes full inspection before delivery: 1.5× rated pressure hydrostatic shell test, 1.1× rated pressure pneumatic seat test, and positive material identification (PMI) for all wetted parts. All tests follow API 598 and EN 12266 standards, with traceable heat numbers marked on valve bodies for lifecycle quality tracking.

This ball valve series serves flow shut-off and control in multiple industrial scenarios. In chemical processing, stainless steel wetted parts handle corrosive media. In water treatment systems, it delivers reliable on-off control for distribution pipelines. It also supports petroleum and natural gas applications, with low-emission packing meeting environmental regulations. The valve can be fitted with ISO 5211 mounting pads for pneumatic or electric actuator installation to fit automated control systems.
The valves follow ANSI B16.34 and API 608 for design, API 598 and EN 12266 for pressure testing, and support thread standards including NPT, BSPT and JIS PT.
Standard PTFE seats are not suitable for conditions below -20°C. Custom cryogenic sealing configurations are available upon request, with materials matched to specific operating temperatures.
Standard configurations include female threaded ends. Socket weld and butt weld ends are available on request, along with ISO 5211 mounting pads for actuator integration.
Yes. Every valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell and pneumatic seat tests per API 598 standards. No sampling inspection is applied, and each batch comes with traceable test records.
