LINKV Valve, established in 2009, manufactures a complete range of stainless steel ball valves including 1-piece, 2-piece thread end, and flanged configurations for commercial procurement across multiple sectors. All valves undergo investment casting processes, with design drawings reviewed and signed by core technical personnel prior to mass production. Products are regularly exported to Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with compliance to CE, API, and ISO standards for industrial applications. This collection covers DN8-DN100 (1/4"-4") sizes, providing on/off flow control for water, oil, gas, and mildly corrosive media in general industrial settings. Each valve is tested per API 598 or EN 12266 standards prior to shipment, with material traceability documentation available upon request.
All valve bodies and pressure-containing parts are manufactured from CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) stainless steel via investment casting. Stems are produced from 304 or 316 stainless steel with blow-out proof design. Balls are precision machined solid stainless steel with polished seating surfaces.
Component | Standard Material | Optional Material |
|---|---|---|
Body | CF8 (304) | CF8M (316), WCB |
Ball | 304 Stainless Steel | 316 Stainless Steel |
Stem | 304 Stainless Steel | 316 Stainless Steel |
Bolts/Nuts | 304 Stainless Steel | 316 Stainless Steel |
Handle | 304 + PVC Grip | Locking device available |
Standard seats use virgin PTFE for general industrial service, with optional reinforced materials available for specific temperature or media requirements.
Seal Component | Standard Material | Temperature Range |
|---|---|---|
Ball Seats | PTFE | -20°C to 180°C |
Stem Packing | PTFE | -20°C to 180°C |
Gaskets | PTFE | -20°C to 180°C |
Thrust Washer | PTFE | -20°C to 180°C |
Standard valves carry a 1000WOG (PN63) pressure rating for thread end configurations, with Class 150 (PN16) to Class 300 (PN40) ratings for flanged versions. Working temperature ranges from -20°C to 180°C with standard PTFE seats.
Valve Type | Pressure Rating | Temperature Range | Size Range |

1-piece and 2-piece thread end valves are available in reduced port or full port configurations. Flanged valves feature full bore design to minimize pressure drop across the valve. All valves provide quarter-turn operation for quick open/close cycling.
All configurations include blow-out proof stem design to prevent stem ejection under pressure surges. Anti-static devices are available as an option to dissipate static charge between stem, ball, and body. Locking handle devices can be specified for lockout/tagout procedures in industrial facilities.
These valves are specified for a range of general industrial applications including: water treatment and distribution systems, compressed air lines, light chemical processing with non-aggressive media, oil and gas utility services, HVAC and plumbing systems, and general plant piping infrastructure. 316 stainless steel versions are recommended for chloride-containing environments and mild corrosive service.
Standard production lead time is 15-30 working days for standard 304/316 material in sizes DN15-DN100. Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per size for standard materials. Valves are packaged in export-grade plywood cases suitable for ocean freight. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF from Ningbo or Shanghai ports. Payment terms include T/T with 30% prepayment and 70% balance prior to shipment, or L/C at sight. All products carry a 12-month warranty from installation date. Test reports are provided with each shipment, including shell and seat test results per API 598.
1-piece valves feature a single cast body for compact installation and lower cost, suitable for light duty applications. 2-piece valves use a bolted body and bonnet design, allowing in-line maintenance and higher pressure capability for more demanding industrial service.
Standard 2-piece and flanged valves can be supplied with ISO 5211 direct mounting pads for actuator installation without additional brackets. 1-piece valves require a mounting bracket kit for automation.
Each valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell testing at 1.5× rated pressure and pneumatic seat testing at 1.1× rated pressure. Material test reports (MTR) and pressure test certificates are available upon request at time of order.
Full port valves have a flow path equal to pipe internal diameter, resulting in minimal pressure drop. Reduced port valves have one size smaller bore, creating approximately 30-35% higher pressure drop at equivalent flow rates.
Valves can be manufactured to NPT, BSPT, BSPP, DIN, JIS, or ANSI flange standards. Special requirements must be specified at time of order quotation to ensure correct configuration.
