This two-piece threaded ball valve is manufactured in compliance with GB, ANSI, JIS, DIN, BS and ISO standards. It adopts a compact two-piece body structure, which allows maintenance and seat replacement operations without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. The product is available in both full bore and reduced bore configurations to meet different flow rate and pressure drop requirements. The valve body is formed by stainless steel investment casting, and all flow passage surfaces are mirror-polished to reduce medium residue and support clean-in-place operations. The internal structure adopts a no-dead-angle design to avoid medium retention, which meets the hygiene requirements of food and beverage production. The stem adopts an integral shoulder anti blow-out structure to prevent stem detachment under internal pressure impact. The valve can be equipped with an ISO 5211 direct mounting pad for automated actuator installation.
The product has obtained multiple industry certifications to support use in regulated industrial scenarios. It is certified to API 607 7th edition for fire-safe design. In case of fire, the secondary metal-to-metal seat provides bi-directional sealing after the soft seat is damaged. The live-loaded stem packing design passes TA-LUFT and ISO 15848-1 B1 tests, with methane leakage rate ≤ 50 ppmv. The valve is also SIL3 certified by TÜV per IEC 61508, with Probability of Failure on Demand (PFDavg) ≤ 1.0×10⁻⁴, which supports use in safety instrumented systems. All wetted materials comply with REACH, RoHS and EU-1935/2004 requirements for food contact. Each valve body has a unique heat number for material traceability over 10 years. Production processes are managed under ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

First, food and beverage production. This sanitary ball valve is suitable for beverage processing, dairy production, food ingredient conveying and other food industry scenarios. The mirror-polished flow passage and food-contact compliant materials adapt to regular cleaning and disinfection operations, including steam sterilization processes with corresponding seat materials.
Second, pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing. The product can be used in pharmaceutical ingredient conveying, cosmetic production and other scenarios with hygiene requirements. The no-dead-angle design reduces microbial growth risks and supports clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place processes.
Third, chemical and natural gas industries. Beyond sanitary scenarios, the valve is also suitable for petroleum, chemical, natural gas and water treatment industrial applications. Its fire-safe and low-emission properties meet the safety requirements of hazardous fluid conveying.
Fourth, general industrial fluid control. It can be applied in conventional fluid pipelines for commercial production facilities, municipal water systems and HVAC systems. The two-piece structure reduces on-site maintenance time and supports long-term stable operation.
The valve is available in multiple thread types including NPT, BSPT, BSPP and PT to match different pipeline connection standards. For sanitary scenarios, clamp end connections can also be provided per ISO 2852 standards to support quick disassembly and cleaning. Custom end connection options are available upon request.
The pressure rating ranges from Class 150 to Class 1500 (PN10 - PN160), depending on the selected size and material. With standard PTFE seats, the operating temperature range is -196°C - +250°C. For high temperature working conditions up to +450°C, special sealing materials such as PEEK can be selected. The actual working limits should be determined based on specific medium and pressure conditions.
Every valve undergoes three full tests before delivery. First, a hydrostatic shell test at 1.5× rated pressure to verify body integrity. Second, a high-pressure pneumatic seat test at 1.1× rated pressure to verify sealing performance with no visible leakage. Third, Positive Material Identification (PMI) to confirm material composition. All tests are performed per API 598 and EN 12266 standards, and each unit comes with corresponding test records.
When configured with PEEK or high-temperature resistant seat materials, the valve can adapt to regular steam sterilization processes in food and pharmaceutical industries. The stainless steel body and mirror-polished surface can withstand high temperature and common chemical cleaning agents. For continuous high-temperature steam working conditions, it is recommended to select corresponding high-temperature sealing material options.
