The one-piece stainless steel ball valve features a single-body cast construction with reduced bore design. Manufactured via investment casting, the valve body is available in CF8 (304 stainless steel), CF8M (316 stainless steel), and WCB (carbon steel) materials. The ball and stem are made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, with PTFE or RPTFE seat materials.

This one-piece ball valve operates at a maximum pressure of 1000WOG (PN63) with a temperature range of -20°C to 180°C for standard PTFE seats. The blow-out proof stem design prevents stem ejection under system pressure. Thread connections conform to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), BS 21, DIN 259/DIN 2999, ISO 228-1, and ISO 7-1 standards.

Design standards follow ANSI B16.34 and API 608. Wall thickness conforms to ANSI B16.34 and EN 12516-3. Testing is performed according to API 598 and EN 12266 standards. Each valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell testing at 1.5× rated pressure and 100% pneumatic seat testing at 1.1× rated pressure.
The one-piece stainless steel ball valve serves across multiple industrial sectors including petroleum, chemical processing, natural gas, water treatment, pulp and paper, mining, and shipbuilding. Its compact one-piece design reduces potential leak paths compared to multi-piece configurations.

One-piece ball valves have a single cast body with no body joint, reducing potential leak points. Two-piece valves consist of two body halves bolted together, allowing disassembly for maintenance. One-piece designs typically have lower cost and fewer leak paths, while two-piece designs offer easier maintenance access.
Standard end connections include female NPT, BSPT, BSPP, and metric threads. Socket weld and butt weld ends are available on request. Size ranges from 1/4" to 2" (DN8 to DN50) for standard one-piece configurations.
Due to the single-body construction, one-piece ball valves cannot be disassembled while installed in the pipeline. The entire valve must be removed for seat replacement or internal repair. For applications requiring in-line maintenance, two-piece or three-piece ball valve designs are recommended.
Standard one-piece ball valves are rated at 1000WOG (PN63). High-pressure versions rated at 2000WOG are available for sizes up to 1-1/4". Actual pressure capability varies with temperature and seat material selection.
Yes, every valve batch includes material test reports (MTRs) with chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties, and heat treatment records. Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing is available on request for all pressure-containing parts.
